About
The car was rebuilt and modified as part of a Dutch service team for a bike participant in the world famous rally in 2008. After sailing the car to Morocco, one of the drivers got ill and they had to cancel the race.
The car has been stored in a garage in the Netherlands from 2008 to 2011. After being sold in 2011 it has been stored in Denmark until now.
The Land Cruiser is known for its reliability, robustness and the ability to fit in any environment in the world and is the perfect vehicle for expeditions.
It has been modified with new shock absorbers that are capable of withstanding extra heavy weight necessary for long and difficult journeys. A safari snorkel ensures that water doesn’t get into the engine, and can be replaced with a precleaner instead when driving in the Sahara, preventing sand from entering the cooler. There is an extra built-in car battery and power sockets for electronics, big front headlights, a safari lightbar on top, 7 spare tires, an extra air filter, an extra oil filter, a roof rack and a custom-made drawer system inside the car – just to mention a few things.
