This expedition camper is professionally built by German company 4wheel24 for truck and box. All interior work is done by myself and includes 60mm XPS insulation. Wood-paneled walls and ceiling. Shower with bathtub! Heating by 2x2kW diesel heating (CE Norm) with high-quality silent pumps (no clicking!). No gas, everything electric including induction cooking on 2x2 fields. Driver room soundproofed to 72dBa. All windows are real glass with high altitude compensation, full insect and light screening. Roof-mounted air conditioning for the driver cabine.
Now for the less good news: due to a back injury I am no longer capable to finish the project. I made an 8000km shake-down trip in its present state, with no issues before the injury.
All parts to complete the camper are present and of high quality including new carpeting for the driver cabine (first-class original Jaguar wool carpet 10m2). A full set of regular spares for 50,000km is included. Also, I sourced an original cylinder, cylinder head, camshaft, valves, gasket set, and conrod (all new) to be able to service the engine. All parts to complete the cabin to living indoor passage are included. A full set of parts for a recycling shower are included. A 2600W generator is included which served me well on the 8000km trip. A 20000lbs electric winch is included. High-quality LED headlights are included. New seats are included for the driver and co-pilot.
