This is an ex UK Army Duro 11 6x6 (constant) built in 2007. It has covered approximately 6500km since new. I have owned it since 2019 and have converted it (90%+) to a motor caravan for overland travel.
Unfortunately, I find myself in a position where I must sell it due to health reasons, as I am not able to complete or use it. Most of the systems are almost complete, including mains hookup with ATS to 2500W PSW inverter and 40A mains battery charger, 4x 6V Trojan T105 battery bank, 12 to 24 and 24 to 12 B2B chargers, Truma water heater, diesel blown air heater, washing machine, H&C on demand Shurflo pump with accumulator, Thetford cassette flush toilet with spare cassette, Gasit twin refillable LPG bottles with switchover, compressor fridge/freezer, H&C shower cubicle, TV with integral DVD, dual reverse cameras, inboard grey tank, and long-range diesel aux tank (180L). A Red Dot Cab roof aircon unit is also included.
These are quite rare and sought-after vehicles as they are a very usable size and nice to drive.
Please look on YouTube for Duro to see them in use. The vehicle is available to view by prior arrangement. Due to the reason for sale, it is priced very reasonably to expedite matters.
I have the driver’s handbook, workshop manuals, and parts book, some spares etc., details when viewing. It is registered at 7500kg (for the UK market) and requires a suitable driver’s license (C1). It has a Cummins engine and an Allison Automatic transmission.
