About
We are selling our beloved “COCO” Mercedes-Benz Arocs 2040 Krug Family Expedition Truck with a Krug A6020 cabin. It’s designed for two adults and up to four children. The vehicle is 2.5 years old with warranty and in very good condition and has proven itself on all kinds of tracks and conditions. The vehicle is equipped with two diesel tanks (290L and 390L) providing extra range and redundancy. You can drive through water as deep as 800mm to explore all the nice places where ever you want to go.
Why are we selling it? Our Panamericana travel comes to an end and as our children are starting school we have no foreseeable use for our beloved Truck which is why we are selling it now.
If you are a family with two kids it will be ideal for you. The setup is with a 4500mm wheel distance and two axles, which is still practical for maneuvering and provides you with enough space and comfort for all you desire.
As we have been working partially while traveling, we have installed Starlink Gen3 on our roof to have permanent internet also while driving. Additionally there is a 4G router with an external antenna providing you with a backup to install physical and eSim cards.
The vehicle is registered in Switzerland. We are still traveling until March and you will be able to visit the vehicle in Switzerland around April. Please contact me on WhatsApp.
Most significant stats are:
- Kitchen: Fully equipped with a large fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, and all electric appliances.
- Battery: 900Ah with 24V, providing a little over 21KW, which is more than most houses.
- Solar Panels: Nearly 1.6KW on the roof. As long as the sun shines, you will have no issues with power.
- The design is wrapped. Can be easily removed, original color is sand yellow as seen in the pictures.
- Close to 700L of freshwater providing enough water to use the washing machine, shower and toilet for more than a week

- Vitrifrigo Stratos 24V roof air conditioner, featuring a 6000 BTU compressor, offering high efficiency and low consumption at only 14 cm external height; it is easily controlled via an integrated panel or remote control, with adjustable diffusers for flexible airflow
- Advanced hot water heating system (5 kW), based on the Webasto Thermo Top Evo diesel heater, providing quiet and efficient heat distribution via underfloor heating and radiators, with flexible energy sources (diesel, solar, shore power) and additional engine preheating for cold regions
- Freshwater filling unit with 3 pre-filter stages and PURION 1000 UV post-treatment filters water down to one micron, disinfects without ozone production, monitors UV lamp intensity, and automatically shuts off when the tank is full
- Freshwater submersible pump allows filling the freshwater tank from non-pressurized sources such as lakes or canisters, equipped with a suction hose, pre-filter, and electrical connection cable
- Seagull IV-X2 drinking water filter with UV-LED lamp and a separate faucet provides pure, taste-neutral water in the kitchen, removes impurities down to 0.1 microns, and automatically activates disinfection during water dispensing
- Tecma macerator toilet with yacht-quality black water tank uses a flushing pump for grey water, ventilated via an activated carbon filter, and can increase grey water volume if needed
- MIELE oven & microwave, with electronic temperature control from 30°C to 250°C
- Vitrifrigo C270DP fridge-freezer combo, offering 255L total capacity, including 57L freezer space
- Euronova 1180 Rapid washing machine (3kg capacity), shock-resistant and securely installed in the luggage compartment, with an access door to the living area
- Electrically foldable scissor stairs, stored in the compartment under the door, operable from both inside and outside, with an emergency step feature
- Rear carrier for spare tires and bicycles, equipped with an electric winch and 300kg load capacity, with additional storage for 2 heavy-duty sand tracks (2m, 13kg each)
- Stainless steel outdoor kitchen, installable in the underfloor storage compartment, includes an induction cooker, grill, drawer, and sink with drainage to the outside and water supply via frost-protected outdoor shower
- STIS tire pressure control system (4x4) enables simultaneous inflation and deflation of tires (0–10 bar) with a rotary knob and automatic shut-off upon reaching the correct pressure, managed via a lockable aluminum box.
