Superb Toyota FJ Cruiser camping vehicle with lots of upgrades. It served as a weekend getaway car for me and my wife. It is fitted to comfortably sleep 2 persons, carry all necessary things for a few nights and can also take 2 bicycles.
Main upgrades:
- James Baroud hard top tent, 2021, in perfect condition
- James Baroud awning, 2021, in perfect condition
- Custom-made drawers system in the trunk. Can be easily removed if needed. The back seats can be used together with the drawers, as shown in the pictures, providing more storage.
- Pioneer SPH-EVO62DAB sound system, with DAB antenna and upgraded speakers
- Soundproofing for the engine door and driver and passenger doors.
- BFG AT tires, 2021
- Various offroad upgrades – OME + Camburg suspension and lift, Warn winch with new synthetic cable (2021), Tire inflator fitter in the engine bay, Additional lights with cover, etc.
Last inspections:
- End of August 2022 – General yearly inspection with the road authority, passed without problems.
- August 2022 – Battery replaced at the Toyota dealership.
- August 2022 – Alternator replaced at the Toyota dealership.
- June 2021 – Mileage service with the Toyota dealership. They performed the regular service, changed the oils and everything. They did not find any problems on the car. They even told me, “it’s a great car; they don’t make cars like this anymore.”
The car is registered in Romania. It is currently located in Belgium. Transport options can be discussed.
