About

This is the text you need to work on:

Van has just been wrapped up with final touches, is moved out of, and ready to be picked up :) Looking to move into a sailboat; lets make a deal on this and help both our dreams come true!

Hello fellow van lovers & outdoor enthusiasts! Looking forward to exploring this summer? Snag this lifted 4x4 Roadtrek just in time!

These 190 Versatile vans are little studios on wheels based upon a Chevy 3500 chassis. This van has a 4x4 conversion done by Quigley with an additional 3" lift to compliment that.

The van currently sits at 155,000 miles and comes with some recently completed mechanical work; it's ready to hit the road!
Work completed in the last 10,000 miles:
-Rebuilt transmission by Zach's 4x4 in Longmont, Colorado
-Front Driveshaft overhaul
-Differential services
-4x4 joint and case work
-New front axel

Work completed within the last 1,000 miles:
-New front shocks, and tie rods
-NEW Dynapro AT2 tires>-New Alpine speakers installed
-Brand new windshield
-AC belt replaced and blowing cold!

Engine is running strong and averaging Highway mpg ~14.5 City ~12.5mpg

A little about the motorhome conversion:>-Full size bed in rear converts to eating dinner area
-2 burner propane stove, new in 2020
-16,000BTU Suburban propane heater, thermostat controlled
-3 way dometic fridge: 3.0cuft: Fridge has small freezer box!
-110v Airconditioner/HeatPump
-110v shore power connector
-750Watt inverter
-Alternator charges batteries while you drive>-19" TV 12volt sips power
-Public broadcast cable antennae
-Captains swivel seats>-45lb under mounted propane tank
-Large exterior storage locker
-6 seatbelts
-Vehicle has spare tire included

Aftermarket additions:
-Android Auto/Apple Carplay stereo
-Onboard gps w/ backup cam
-Rear airbag suspension
-Front bumper has 2" cargo receiver
-Incandescent lights replaced with LED
-Like new Onan 2.8kw generator with 60hrs ($3k value!)
-Solar was not standard but is installed: Brand new 200watts to 30amp MPPT charge controller to 200ah batteries
-Additional 12v fuze box for 3 added 12v outlets/usb plugs
-10ft rooftop deck

Random extras:>-Weboost cellphone signal booster
-Additional propane nozzle allows for easier filling
-Prewired and ready for a subwoofer
-Haynes Repair manual for this specific van
-Emergency backup fluids (unopened): 1qt Automatic Transmission fluid, 1qt Fully Synthetic Oil, 1gallon of Antifreeze
-Reflectix window insulation
-Full tank of gas and propane; this van comes ready for your first camping trip!

The not so great (fixable and yet still livable; these considerations have been added to the listed price)

Plumbing:
-COMING AS IS: For as long as I have lived in the van, I have not used the water system I believe the macerator needs replacing, but again, I cannot attest to much of the plumbing. After moving in 3 years ago, I spent about 25 hours the first summer replacing leaking parts. The sink, interior & exterior shower had been left working, but have been winterized since. The short: water system comes as is, but all I am aware of that is broken is the macerator, and a very slow leak in exterior fresh watertank. (interior 11gal water tank is dripfree)

The other main note to buyers is about the awning. Awning is fully functional and huge (11ft). But it is a labor of love to pull out! Wind at one point had torn the material (fixed but hard to pull in), and the stock handle was broken but not replaced. Current ETA to pull out is 15 min, NOT BROKEN, but looking to be honest on the condition of the van before anyone arrives!

Finally, the fiberglass step into the van was previously cracked, so that has been replaced with a welded entry step (very functional, but is a cosmetic note for any buyer)

This van has everything you need to chase your dream adventure! Ready, and reliable: I am sad to be listing this rig; its been an unforgettable 3 year adventure, but it's time somebody else enjoys it.. You will not regret getting a Roadtrek <3
