About
This is the text you need to work on: Are you looking to dive into VANLIFE? Are you sick of paying for an overpriced apartment? Are you ready to finally see your friends and family and visit those places you have been wanting to see for so long?
This carefully designed home on wheels was built with the intent of just that... a comfortable, stealthy, fully self-sufficient, off-grid, affordable van life. All necessities and amenities have been vetted out! This rare 177” High Roof Extended Mercedes Cargo Sprinter 2500 is incredible for vanlife! This home on wheels has room for a queen-sized bed, a fully enclosed shower with on-demand hot water. The kitchen has an extra-large sink, a slide-out microwave, and a two-burner propane stove. The fridge/freezer combo is powered by propane. Work remote in the living room or my personal favorite is the swivel passenger seat. I have used the Mofi 5G router for high-speed internet and am happy to show you how that works! It has tons of internal and external storage space. Temperature control with a 1600 BTU propane furnace for colder weather and 2 portable AC solutions for warmer days if you are interested. Three 100AH lithium batteries can be charged by the 400W solar panels up top, anytime you drive with the alternator, or you can just plug straight in with an extension cord.
The interior design is such that you feel you are in a modern studio apartment with its white shiplap walls, rustic wood accents, matte black hardware, and beautiful vinyl planking.
This van was originally owned by a coffee company transporting product. There have been no accidents and it drives like a dream! The owner of the coffee company is also a professional builder (Venture Van is Boise, Idaho) and he finished the van in 2021 but couldn’t devote the time to using the van. I bought the van from him in 2022 and added to his work by adding the headliner storage, overhead pantry storage, storage bench, shiplap and repainting, and several other upgrades.
I just took it in to be serviced/inspected and it passed with flying colors. I am happy to share the inspection list upon request.
I've been vetting the vanlife lifestyle for a year now and now ready to expand this amazing lifestyle to as many people with a similar mindset. I love this lifestyle and am excited to share it with others. The reason for selling this van is so I can realize my educational goals of obtaining a master’s degree to expand on this mobile living industry.
I am a motivated seller and looking for genuinely interested buyers I can share this passion with.
Please feel free to ask any questions! Happy to share :)
