MAN 4x4 Expedition Truck professionally converted into a world class overlander vehicle in 2024, designed and built in the UK by Faru Expedition Vehicles.

The buyer will be the first occupant; this vehicle has never been utilised for accommodation or leisure since construction. All internal fixtures and fitting are new and unused.

With industry leading ultra-high efficiency insulation properties for the habitation box and high specification low emissivity double-glazed lockable windows for maximum safety and comfort, the habitation box will be warm in the winter and cool in the summer.

Packed with automated technology for ease of use and with high specification electrical, plumbing and heating installations.

Spacious 4 seat double cab refitted internally with premium seating, wipe clean cushioned vinyl wall panels, non-slip rubber flooring and embossed faux suede headlining. Insulated crawl through hatch double door system to move between the cab and habitation box if required.

New stereo system and USB charging sockets. Reversing camera, air conditioning and cruise control.

Externally, the cab and habitation box have been painted with 2 coats of two component epoxy primer and 3 coats of high impact ‘Raptor’ two component polyurethane paint for the toughest of finishes.

The cab has a fully welded aluminium Exo-Skeletal tubular protective frame for robustness in all driving conditions, incorporating a functional roof rack/viewing platform, sun visor, two side step ladders and ‘bush bar’ branch deflectors to help prevent damage to the cab. This ‘bush bar’ feature has also been extended to the habitation box for protection against overhanging trees and branches.

The entire chassis and running gear have been shot blasted and recoated with two component polyamine cured epoxy mastic coating.

Front and rear winches - 17000lb WinchMax remote controlled recovery winches fitted to custom chassis mounted sub-frames.

New vehicle battery compartment with a new pair of 230AH (ea) starting batteries, the original single ram hand pumped hydraulic cab tilt system has been upgraded and replaced with a double ram electro-hydraulic push button system.

2 x 400 litre linked aluminium fuel tanks.

New upgraded rear suspension system with new leaf springs and shock absorbers and lifted by 60mm for ground clearance.

New Nolden Avego twin LED front headlighting, Hella LED roof mounted and front bumper mounted light bars with including daytime running lights, LED indicators and side marker lighting, rear LED high level and low-level multi-function lighting with dynamic indicators.

Powder coated textured black custom aluminium fully welded storage lockers. These Dometic 2.5kw diesel onboard charging generator (for the leisure batteries) inside locker.

Fully electric concertina habitation access steps, operable from both outside and inside the habitation box.

Rear custom tail lift and platform, electro-hydraulically operated which houses two further matching aluminium powder coated storage lockers and spare tyre carrier. The platform has been designed with space to accommodate a bike rack to be retro fitted if required.

Flush fitted electric 2.5m Fiamma awning, operable from inside the habitation box.

Roof mounted Maxxair reversible ventilation fan (main living area), Maxxair extract fan (bathroom), 600mm x 600mm double glazed skylight and 8 x 170 watt solar panels.

GRP insulated extra wide entrance door with 3-point locking system, double-glazed vision panel and window blind.
